Rail stanchions

General information

The adjustable rail stanchion allows the same product to be used for several different applications.

For softwood or softwood-based materials, no pre-hole is required. Installation spacing of the rail stanchions is 4.5m when using our 100x40mm aluminium horizontal fixing, 2-hole.

Mounting screws used for fixing:

  • Assy 6x90mm or equivalent
  • Assy 6x120mm or equivalent

  • Arch edges
  • Balconies
  • Ascending stairs and stair platforms

Allows a rail stanchion spacing of 4.5m with a 100x40mm fence railing. Compatible with the most common mesh railing elements.

Aluminium rail stanchion Pinta/Holkki is compatible with the manufacturer's pre-fitted 50x50mm mounting sleeve and with most common mesh railing elements and railings.

Can be surface mounted by bolting without the use of a sleeve.
